story: Follows a group of friends who decide to go snowmobiling during their winter vacation. They make a wrong turn  getting lost in a storm and takes refuge in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm, and we are grateful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of his former patients who still live there and are not happy intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, college kids struggle to survive the night.
